The ASAQS has formulated a guideline on how academics or students can be assisted and the SACQSP has also determined that registered quantity surveyors undertaking these surveys may claim 30 minutes in CPD category 2 for each survey completed.

Students doing their research, need your help to collect data for their thesis. Please assist by participating in these questionnaires (you can claim a half-hour of CPD2 for each completed survey)
Students,
this is a free service! Please allow us three to five days, after receipt of
your submission, to publish your survey on the website. Then check that
it is in the following Weekend Property and Construction News. If not, then
please notify us. The full survey will appear on the newsletter once, where after only the title will appear linked to this page until it closes. After the closing date for completion, it will no longer appear on the newsletter and no extensions to the closing date will be permitted.
